Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how pub 504 ("pub 504," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards the personal data of users ("Members," "you") who access and use the online gaming platform at pub504.net and all associated services. This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Republic of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By registering an account with pub 504, using any feature of pub504.net, or otherwise providing your personal information to pub 504, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you should not register for or use the pub 504 platform.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with pub 504's Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete framework governing your use of the pub 504 platform.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, pub 504 acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) in respect of the personal data collected from Members through pub504.net. As PIC, pub 504 determines the purposes for which and the manner in which personal data is processed.

In instances where pub 504 engages third-party service providers to process data on its behalf — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and game software providers — those third parties act as Personal Information Processors (PIPs) under binding contractual agreements that impose data protection obligations consistent with this Policy and Philippine law.

pub 504's Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for overseeing compliance with data privacy obligations and serves as the primary point of contact for Members exercising their data privacy rights. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

pub 504 collects the minimum personal data necessary to provide its services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform. The categories of personal data we collect include:

Registration & Identity Data

• Full legal name;
• Date of birth (for mandatory age verification — Members must be 21 years of age or older);
• Philippine mobile number in +63 format (primary account identifier);
• Chosen username;
• Email address (where provided as an optional secondary contact method).

Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID);
• Proof of address documents where required;
• Selfie or liveness verification images where required by the KYC process;
• Payment method ownership documentation (e.g., screenshot of GCash account in member's name).

Financial Transaction Data

• Deposit and withdrawal transaction records including amounts, timestamps, and payment method references;
• GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, or Cebuana transaction reference numbers;
• Wallet balance history and bonus credit/debit records.

Gaming Activity Data

• Game session records including games played, bet amounts, outcomes, and session duration;
• Win/loss records across all game categories;
• Bonus wagering progress and completion records.

Technical & Usage Data

• IP address and approximate geographic location;
• Device type, operating system, and browser type;
• Login timestamps and session duration;

Customer Support Data

pub 504 will not use your personal data for purposes that are incompatible with those described above without first seeking your renewed consent or identifying a separate lawful basis for such processing.

pub 504 processes your personal data on the following legal bases as recognised under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil pub 504's obligations under the Terms and Conditions you agree to at registration — including account management, game delivery, and financial transaction processing;
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including PAGCOR regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering obligations under Republic Act No. 9160 (AMLA), and age verification requirements;
• Legitimate interests: Processing conducted in pursuit of pub 504's legitimate business interests — including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement — provided such interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms;
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent, including the sending of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

pub 504 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes. pub 504 may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment processors and e-wallet providers: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana — to process your deposit and withdrawal transactions;
• Identity and age verification service providers: Third-party KYC and document verification providers engaged by pub 504 to confirm Member identity and age in compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Game software providers: Licensed third-party game studios and live dealer platform providers whose games are integrated into pub 504's lobby — who may receive game session and betting data necessary to deliver game functionality;
• Fraud and security service providers: Third-party risk management and fraud detection services engaged to protect the platform and its Members from fraudulent activity;
• Legal and regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other Philippine government bodies where disclosure is required by law, court order, or valid regulatory demand;
• Professional advisers: Legal counsel, auditors, and compliance consultants engaged by pub 504 under binding confidentiality obligations.

All third-party service providers engaged by pub 504 are required to handle personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy law and pub 504's data protection requirements. pub 504 does not transfer personal data outside the Philippines except where required for international payment processing by a Member's chosen payment provider, and only subject to appropriate safeguards.

pub504.net uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, maintain your login session, and collect aggregated usage analytics that help us improve the Member experience.

Types of Cookies Used

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session cookies that maintain your logged-in state and security cookies used to verify OTP-authenticated sessions. These cannot be disabled without impairing platform functionality;
• Functional cookies: Store your preferences such as language settings and display options to provide a personalised experience on return visits;
• Analytics cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymised data about how Members navigate and use pub504.net — used to identify usability improvements and technical issues. pub 504 uses this data internally and does not share raw analytics data with third-party advertising networks.

pub 504 does not use cookies to serve third-party targeted advertising on pub504.net. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair your ability to use the platform, including the ability to log in to your pub 504 account.

pub 504 implements a multi-layered security architecture to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and pub504.net — active on every page and every feature, not just the login and payment screens;
• Encryption at rest for sensitive data fields stored in pub 504's databases, including passwords (stored as salted hashes, never in plain text), government ID numbers, and financial account references;
• Multi-factor authentication for Member accounts — OTP verification via registered Philippine mobile number for new device logins and password reset;
• Role-based access controls that restrict pub 504 staff access to Member data on a strict need-to-know basis. No staff member has unrestricted access to the full Member data set;

• Automated session timeout for inactive Member sessions, reducing exposure from unattended devices.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to Members, pub 504 will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected Members in accordance with the notification requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC Circular 16-03.

pub 504 retains personal data for the minimum period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention period required by Philippine law. The following retention guidelines apply:

• Account registration data: Retained for the duration of the Member's active account, plus five (5) years following account closure — in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory record-keeping requirements and anti-money laundering obligations under RA 9160;
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required under Philippine AMLA regulations;
• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the transaction for which KYC was required;
• Customer support correspondence: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last support interaction, or longer where the correspondence relates to an ongoing dispute or legal matter;
• Gaming activity and session data: Retained for the duration of the Member's active account and three (3) years following account closure;
• Technical and analytics data: Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely in anonymised form. Raw server log data is retained for twelve (12) months.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with pub 504's data disposal procedures.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by pub 504:

• Right to be informed: You have the right to be informed of the existence of processing of your personal data and the purposes for which it is used. This Policy serves as pub 504's fulfilment of this right.
• Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data pub 504 holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Certain data, such as your registered mobile number, may require identity re-verification before corrections are applied.
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to pub 504's legal obligation to retain certain records under Philippine law.
• Right to data portability: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format where processing is carried out by automated means.
• Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, where processing is based on pub 504's legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe pub 504 has not handled your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact pub 504's Data Protection Officer using the contact details in Section 15. pub 504 will respond to valid requests within thirty (30) days of receipt, or within such extended period as permitted by applicable law where the complexity of the request requires additional time.

pub 504 is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 21 years. pub 504 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. Age verification is conducted at account registration and may be repeated prior to the processing of withdrawal requests.

If pub 504 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be subject to review, and the collected personal data will be deleted in accordance with pub 504's data disposal procedures and applicable legal obligations.

pub504.net may integrate third-party services to deliver certain features, including game software platforms, live dealer studio streams, identity verification systems, and payment gateway interfaces. These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, and pub 504's Policy does not govern the data practices of those third parties beyond the contractual obligations pub 504 imposes on them as Personal Information Processors.

pub 504 exercises reasonable due diligence in selecting third-party providers and requires, by contract, that all providers handling Member personal data:

• Process data only for the specific purposes authorised by pub 504;
• Implement security measures consistent with industry standards and Philippine data privacy requirements;
• Not engage sub-processors without pub 504's prior written consent;
• Notify pub 504 promptly of any data breach or security incident affecting Member data.

pub 504 does not link to external third-party websites from pub504.net and is not responsible for the privacy practices of any website that is not operated by pub 504.

pub 504 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, regulatory requirements, or platform services. When material amendments are made, pub 504 will notify Members via the registered Philippine mobile number and/or by displaying a prominent notice on pub504.net.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy. We encourage Members to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of how pub 504 protects their personal data. Continued use of the pub 504 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Privacy Policy was last updated on January 1, 2026. It supersedes and replaces all previous versions of the pub 504 Privacy Policy.
