These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," "you") and pub 504 ("pub 504," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pub 504 website located at pub504.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the pub 504 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service on pub504.net. pub 504 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Member on pub504.net, providing access to all platform features and the unified PHP wallet.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the aggregate of real money funds and bonus funds held in a Member's pub 504 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins value, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's account pursuant to any pub 504 promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by pub 504 prior to processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of irregularity.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "Philippine Peso" means the lawful currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the sole operating currency of pub 504.
• "Platform" means the pub 504 website, mobile site, and all associated software, games, and services accessible via pub504.net.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified software system governing the outcomes of all virtual (non-live) games on pub 504.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

To register and maintain an account on pub 504, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must maintain only one (1) account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must not be self-excluded from pub 504 or any other gaming operator, or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming under applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or under instruction from any third party.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, and you authorize pub 504 to verify your identity through third-party services where necessary. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pub 504 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. pub 504 will never ask you to provide your password via email, telephone, or live chat.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account or service;
• Not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members and friends;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Immediately notify pub 504 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

pub 504 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified pub 504 of a security breach and the breach is attributable to pub 504's negligence.

pub 504 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), and Cebuana (over-the-counter). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. No maximum deposit ceiling applies by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by someone other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• pub 504 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your pub 504 wallet within 3 minutes. Bank transfer deposits are processed within the same business day during Philippine banking hours. Over-the-counter deposits via 7-Eleven and Cebuana are processed after receipt confirmation, typically within 30–60 minutes during operational hours.
• pub 504 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or any payment method not listed above as currently accepted methods.

Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Pesos to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit or to any payment method registered in the Member's verified name. pub 504 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods in a different name from the account holder.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before pub 504 will process any withdrawal request. This is a one-time process requiring a government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID) and proof of payment method ownership.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts average 30 minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) banking day. Processing times may extend during peak periods or public holidays in the Philippines.
• pub 504 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks do not imply any accusation of wrongdoing on the part of the Member.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements on bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to any applicable maximum withdrawal limits stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms.

pub 504 offers various promotions — including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards — which are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to this general Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all pub 504 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to registered adult members aged 21 and above who have not self-excluded from pub 504.
• Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. Use of multiple accounts or bonus stacking in violation of these Terms will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of remaining bonus balance upon expiry.
• pub 504 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.
• pub 504 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to extract bonus value, coordinated bonus clearing among multiple related accounts, or using automated betting systems.

All games available on pub 504 — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, and coin games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

• All virtual (non-live) games on pub 504 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published in the game information panels.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pub 504 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or identity verification information;
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, software, or artificial intelligence to interact with pub 504 games, place bets, or circumvent any platform security measure;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to coordinated play in poker or live game formats;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported to pub 504 immediately and are subject to forfeiture;
• Using the pub 504 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose;
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law;
• Any conduct that pub 504 reasonably determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or contrary to the fair operation of the platform and the interests of other Members.

pub 504 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Online gaming is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be regarded as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses. pub 504 provides the following tools to help Members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Members may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which further gameplay will be suspended until the limit resets.
• Session Time Limits: Members may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. An alert is displayed upon reaching the set time, after which the session ends.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During this period, the account is inaccessible and cannot be reopened early.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pub 504 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any platform content; use pub 504 branding or content in any commercial context without express written authorisation; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.

Any breach of this Section constitutes a material violation of this Agreement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub 504 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if pub 504 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pub 504's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pub 504 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pub 504's liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by pub 504's proven gross negligence;
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pub 504;
• Any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The pub 504 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pub 504 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform, the accuracy of game results, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

pub 504 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to Members via the registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of pub 504 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and request account closure.

pub 504 may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe;
• At pub 504's sole and reasonable discretion, for any other reason that it determines to be in the interests of platform integrity or legal compliance.

Upon termination for cause, pub 504 may retain any funds in the account pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit balances obtained through prohibited activities. Terminations made in error may be appealed by contacting pub 504 customer support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

pub 504 operates within the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming framework applicable to the Philippine market. Any dispute arising between you and pub 504 that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on January 1, 2026. They supersede and replace all previous versions of the pub 504 Terms and Conditions. pub 504 recommends that Members review this document periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.
